Follow these steps to find out how to measure your head

  • Find a fabric tape measure

    Any flexible string or fabric you can find around the house will work. Don’t use a metal tape measure.

  • Wrap the tape measure around the head

    The measuring tool should be level and rest just above your eyebrows.  Don't measure the head at an angle, too tightly.

  • Find the right size for you

    Compare that measurement against a ruler to find your size and choose your size.
